West Ham have been handed a huge boost regarding our hopes of signing Manchester United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Wan-Bassika joined Man United for a fee of £50 million three years ago after making a real name for himself in the Premier League – but he has not yet been able to become the signing that the club had hoped for
It was suggested in the summer that West Ham were keen to take him to London Stadium on loan or on a more permanent basis – as David Moyes wanted a bit more cover for that area of the pitch
Wan-Bissaka remained with Man United in the end though, after new boss Erik Ten Hag failed to sign a replacement – but it seems that he is no longer in the plans of the former Ajax boss.
Now – amid all the speculation – Transfer guru Dean Jones has told Give Me Sport that Wan-Bissaka’s omission from the Red Devils squad at the weekend may well be the final nail in the coffin for his career at Old Trafford:
He said: ‘Wan-Bissaka was struggling to prove he had a future at the club even before the weekend, but when there was no sign of him at Fulham, it felt like the final sign we needed that he’ll be leaving in January.
“He’s played four minutes all season and the club will now have to accept that there will be a financial hit on accepting defeat over he won’t be living up to his £50m transfer.”

We are sure that if West Ham offer the right amount of money – they will get a deal done for Wan-Bassika – he is done at Man United
They dont believe he can be a regular starter for the club and he barely gets any back-up minutes – he needs to leave
And maybe a move like West Ham would rejuvenate his career – because right now he is just a bench warmer
