Egypt international Omar Marmoush could reportedly be moving to Eintracht Frankfurt at the end of the season.
Wolfsburg sporting director Jörg Schmadtke had previously confirmed that Marmoush rejected their latest contract proposal.
Recent reports confirmed that Wolfsburg are trying to keep Marmoush beyond the summer but the Egyptian’s financial demands have been deemed unrealistic by the Bundesliga club.
Marmoush has also been linked to Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach with Premier League leaders Arsenal also discussing a free transfer in the summer.
According to a report by Allgemeine Zeitung, Europa League champions Eintracht Frankfurt are the latest to express their interest in the 24-year-old.

Frankfurt are currently managed by former Wolfsburg boss Oliver Glasner, who is reportedly keen on reuniting with Marmoush.
Marmoush broke into the first team under Glasner after making his Bundesliga debut back in May 2020 coming off the bench in their 4-1 win at Bayer Leverkusen.
However, the Egyptian was loaned out to St. Pauli and Stuttgart for more game time before returning to Wolfsburg last summer.
Overall, he has made 24 appearances for Wolfsburg across all competitions this season scoring four goals and assisting once.
