A Newcastle United official announcement has confirmed the date and time for the Bournemouth match.
The fourth round League Cup game will be played on Wednesday 21 December, with a 7.45pm kick-off.

‘A date has been set for Newcastle United’s Carabao Cup fourth round clash with Bournemouth.
United beat Crystal Palace on penalties last week to make sure of their place in the last 16, with a tie with the Cherries – head coach Eddie Howe’s former club – their reward for progressing.
It has now been confirmed that that game will take place on Wednesday, 21st December, with kick-off at St. James’ Park set for 7:45pm.
Ticket details will be confirmed in due course.’
This is how the fuller schedule looks for Newcastle United, currently the players having a couple of weeks of holiday and then working on personal fitness schemes from home, before heading off for the warm weather training camp (during these weeks, major work getting done at the training ground in their absence).
