Egypt international Sam Morsy has been shortlisted for Ipswich Town’s Player of the Month award for February.
Morsy has had an outstanding month for Ipswich Town helping the club stay in the race for promotion to the EFL Championship.
The 31-year-old was also on target for Ipswich having scored the winner in their recent League One victory at MK Dons on Sunday.
He also inspired Ipswich to a thumping 4-0 victory over Forest Green as well as a hard-fought 2-2 draw with Sheffield Wednesday.
As a result, Morsy has been included in the club’s four-man shortlist for February’s Player of the Month award.
The skipper will be facing competition from Leif Davis, Christian Walton, and Nathan Broadhead, who has been in lethal form since his arrival in January.
