Modern Slavery Act Statement

As a responsible business, we are committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking are not present in our operations or supply chains. We recognize that modern slavery is a global issue that requires a collaborative effort from all stakeholders, including businesses, governments, civil society organizations, and individuals.

We have taken several steps to ensure that our operations and supply chains are free from modern slavery, including:

  1. Conducting a risk assessment of our supply chains to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery.

  2. Implementing policies and procedures that prohibit the use of forced labor, child labor, and other forms of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains.

  3. Providing training to our employees and suppliers on modern slavery and human trafficking to raise awareness and promote compliance.

  4. Engaging with our suppliers to ensure that they are aware of and comply with our policies and procedures on modern slavery.

  5. Monitoring and auditing our supply chains to identify any instances of modern slavery and taking appropriate action to address any issues identified.

We are committed to continuously improving our approach to preventing modern slavery and will regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure that they remain effective and up to date.

This statement has been approved by our senior management and is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 2023.
