The 19-year-old, who is spending the season with Birmingham City in the Championship, has made it into Tunisia’s squad, having been selected by coach Jalel Kadri as the Eagles of Carthage prepare for Group D fixtures against Australia, Denmark and France.
Despite his young age, this will be a third senior tournament already for Hannibal, who has made three appearances for United’s first team and won the Denzil Haroun Reserve Team Player of the Year award in 2021.
